I have seen the true power of emptiness even when your life has meaning and destination. We all have - at least most of us.
This weird feeling that you are barely even human at certain moments. If you knew what that was and what was happening inside of you, you would be reborn every time you feel… nothing.
I also believe this particular “loss of sense” has brought me back to my sanity over and over throughout the years. Let me explain.
The moment you feel abandoned, forgotten, released, an alien even to yourself, you have two options. You can either let whatever you are going through identify you and you would be the lost one, the forgotten one, the unimportant one, who were you again?
Or you can take the whole time in the world to grieve about something or someone, after which you feel sorry for yourself which is a big part of the healing process, but then what happens?
You mute the whole world and just take the time to observe. That’s it. Just observe before you make your big entrance as a stronger human being, more often than not unrecognizable and foreign to its past and whoever was a part of it.
Losing yourself in the universal consciousness after you thought you had it all figured out in life is a blessing if you open your eyes to see it.
Don’t worry. We will never be able to figure it out. Some of you may not like this idea and that’s okay. But if you train yourself to lose everything constantly, and do that with an open heart and mind, this is where the magic happens.
Don’t be sad that your life might be pointless if you keep losing everything and everyone you want and love.
It’s like every time something you deeply, truly want comes into existence, the moment gratitude and excitement fill you up, just smile, give huge thanks to the Universe, to God, to Mother Nature, and say to yourself: “Thank you! I will give my best to enjoy, learn, and take care of this new chapter of my life, for as long as it lasts. After that, I will release with pure love, gratitude, and excitement for whatever comes after it!”
How can you not love that?
Practice non-attachment and unconditional kindness to whatever comes and goes. Treat both of these experiences the same way.
With love.
