Life is unpredictable. Prove me wrong.
Two minutes from now none of us knows what is going to happen. This thought can be horrifying for some of us and freeing for others.
We make plans, schedule and reschedule, stay open-minded, and still have no power or control over events.
The past few months I feel like I am going on autopilot. I know it’s not up to me to save the world or the people around me.
But I also know that life works in mysterious ways and whatever you shift inside of you, will shift outside of you.
This is the effect of inner work people usually don’t want to face — by wanting, becoming, or creating something new there is no way we can keep to the old version of it.
So how willing are we to say goodbye to something we’ve been attached to for so long?
Are we ready to let go in the name of a better future?
This is what I keep reminding myself daily:
Chaos is necessary to give birth to a new order.
I know I will try to default back to an old version of me when things get “tough” so be careful!
Your subconscious is neutral so pay attention to what you plant in it because it will start to grow and bear fruit!
Allow yourself to react but for how long?
Think of the future as a memory because it already happened and teach your body emotionally to live in it. Don’t wait for it.
Of course, the idea is not to be punished for our choices.
It’s important to understand that when something ‘bad’ happens every time we decide to shift, this is the best thing because the old patterns are fading away.
And if we are truly dedicated to the change we won’t mourn the past and everything and everyone we are leaving there.
Go with the flow and trust the events because no matter how unfair it seems, this is exactly what needs to happen to go to the next level.
And it’s always better than what we are leaving behind…
I love you all!
Spread some love today,
U.A.
Oh, yes!!! I totally agree! This is why the only thing we can do is be. No matter what. You got this, my friend! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story! 🎉🙌
This has resonated with me so much:
“We make plans, schedule and reschedule, stay open-minded, and still have no power or control over events.”
It’s incredibly frustrating when life doesn’t go the way we planned. However, I think this is just life’s way of helping us to learn and grow.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts 😇💙
