The top 3 most beautiful sayings in the world, according to people who’ve had enough:
I love you!
Thank you!
F**k it!
There is no greater power than being sick of something or someone.
Boy, you become aware of all the things you deserve, once you free yourself from the spider web.
Unfortunately, you cannot become someone else if you don’t let go of the past versions of yourself.
Stop being who you no longer want to be, or do, or experience, or tolerate, or absorb.
I don’t mean changing your diet, or your morning routine.
I’m talking about how you show up in the world, for others, and mostly for yourself.
These are the 6 most important, unconscious behaviors I am letting go of. Care to join me?
#1. Keeping quiet when I don’t like or agree with something, in the name of ‘peace’
This is one of the most torturing and self-destructive feelings in the world. No more. Speak up, scream it if you must.
#2. Compromising and putting my needs always in the second place
It doesn’t make me a better human being, nor a more spiritual one.
Humanity survives on unconditional love and altruism. Sure.
But let’s not forget that we can’t save the world if we are no longer here. And the fastest way to lose ourselves is to forget about ourselves. No more.
Take care of yourself first, no one needs you more than you do.
#3. Doubting myself because of my past and what I (haven’t) achieved
It took a long time and a lot of effort to free myself from the habits I grew up with, thanks to the people I grew up with.
Whether it’s school, intimate relationships, wealth, creativity, health even.
It all ends and starts with me. I’m designing a future by no longer defining myself with my past.
#4. Thinking that I always need to prove something to someone
This one is a top priority for me.
Fighting for feedback from someone you don’t care about is exhausting. It’s a secure way to live someone else’s life and think you’re worth a million dollars.
No more. This also means that I won’t be liked by a lot of people, once I stop pleasing them. Fine by me.
#5. Postponing dedicating to my dreams because of my sense of unworthiness
The only way out is through.
You need to get your hands dirty and sit in the fire for a while until it stops burning you.
What if I can’t make it? What if it works for everybody else but not for me? What if I don’t have what it takes? What if I’m built wrong? What if, what if, what if… No more.
#6. Trusting other people’s opinions more than my own experience
That’s a good one.
Just because someone means well and wants what’s best for you doesn’t mean they know what is best for you.
My best friend told me I would lose all my money if I started my dream business. HE IS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT.
He cares about me but his opinions and experience are not my own.
No more.
And these are just to begin with. Do you see what I mean?
I believe everyone should have a f**k it list. It’s fun to make one if you enjoy laughing at yourself.
Then, and only then, we can move towards the beautiful bucket list of all our dreams, future accomplishments, and desired life.
But first, let’s take out the trash.
Do you have a f**k it list? What would be on it if you did?
Thank you for being here! If you resonate with this message, feel free to drop a comment or send me a message. 🫡
Love yours :)
#1 Don’t give a fuck about any opinion. They are for people running from the moment.
#2 People abandoning you are abandoning a part of their self they don’t wanna face (yet). Don’t question your path because of it.
#3 Fuck up your lazy motherfucker when he tries to fuck you over.
Could go on. This is a fun little exercise ;)
I LOVE THIS!!
You really hit the nail on the head!! 90%! People get in their own way!!
It's taken me a really long time to get the heck out of mine!!
I'm finally at the place where I have stopped with the inner reflecting and I'm now in the action phase of doing!
There is literally only so much inner work you can do! Before it becomes a hindrance to you rather than a benefit
I have stayed stuck for so long going around and around and overanalyzing everything
I rationalized it too but at the end of the day doing is the most productive way to change your life and your mindset
I don't have anything currently on my f@ck it ljst because I'm actively working on it all right now 😆😆😆
I highly encourage everyone too!!
