“In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: it goes on.”
― Robert Frost
Not everything in this life is meant to be. Maybe for a little while but at one point we will need to let go.
And it will hurt us every time until we learn that ‘good and bad’ are just perceptions of life.
The problem?
We believe we can be whoever we want, have, and do anything we want. And that is absolutely correct.
But we also believe we can easily keep everything for as long as we want to. And this is where we lose touch with reality.
Because sometimes things are the way they are and there is nothing we can do about it except choose how and if to react.
The sooner we realize that everything ends one way or another, the more grateful and free in the present moment we will be.
#The things I wish they had taught us at school:
The art of letting go
Self-acceptance and worthiness
People and things come and go and this is a part of life
Unconditional love and coming back to the source
Overcoming limiting beliefs
The power of the mind
Connection to Mother Earth
And so, so, so much more!
Not once did I give a damn about what the author meant with his poem but that’s for another story.
It’s well-known that society has played a massive role in how things are, so why not try it the other way around?
The solution:
It won’t be easy but cultivating the ability not to judge the events in our lives is a game-changer.
Practice being objective and observing while staying grounded and connected to your heart.
The longer you do this, the more natural it will feel because this is your true self.
Keep coming back to the source because the world we live in can easily take control of our minds and emotions if we let it.
I love you all!
